Position Overview
The company is seeking to hire a Customer & Technical Support Agent to join its growing team in Dublin. The appointee will assist customers through an inbound ticketing system by answering questions, creating reports, and data manipulation, and will work as a member of the Data Science & Technical Services team in all aspects and technical and customer support with emphasis on the quality assurance side of this role. This is a full-time permanent position
Primary Responsibilities
- Solve customer problems by reviewing options in Safefood 360° and recommending the best solution via our ticketing software.
- Assist customers with Tier 1 type queries such as system access request or questions about the Safefood 360 software.
- Execute technical project implementations.
- Answer customer questions regarding the software.
- Learn the Safefood 360° software.
- Query our database via SQL.
- Testing of reports and data updates.
- Follow all aspects of the Information Security Policy and associated procedures including properly documenting all changes within the Safefood 360° platform.
- Serve as a member of the incident response team and support the implementation of operational, technical and security procedures and related practices for incident response.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- A third level degree in a related field.
- Excellent and polite written communication skills.
- Tenacity in solving a problem – ability to stay with a problem until a solution has been obtained.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Customer focus.

Position Overview
The company is seeking an exceptionally talented full stack JavaScript senior software developer with experience in Microsoft .Net technologies looking for an opportunity to grow and succeed on a global stage. You will work as part of a small and agile team of like-minded colleagues and you will be based in Dublin, Ireland. Primary Responsibilities
- Working on full stack development using JavaScript, ExtJs, Html, CSS, .Net, C#, ASP.Net MVC, NHibernate, and MS SQL in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure DevOps environments.
- Working on cloud services, Azure SQL DB and Azure Storage (blobs, tables, queues)
- Working with SoapUI and Postman

- 4-6 years’ experience as a full stack JavaScript and .Net developer with daily coding hands-on experience
- High proficiency and experience in JavaScript (e.g. React, Node, Angular, JQuery) and enterprise web development
- Strong experience with .Net, C#, ASP.Net MVC
- Strong MS SQL skills and SSMS
- Experience in designing large-scale Web APIs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/AWS
- Experience with NHibernate/Entity Framework
- Ability to create clean and highly optimised code
- Experience with Devops an advantage
- A broad understanding of all aspects of software development
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Knowledge of secure coding best practices
